WOW Air Introduces New Wow Premium Fares

Traveling for business can be tiring and navigating through the ins and outs of all the budget airlines rules and regulations.

WOW air, Iceland’s ultra-low-fare trans-Atlantic airline, has introduced WOW premium, a new full-service ticket bundle that includes the WOW air BigSeat, featuring a wider seat with a foot rest and at least 37 inches of legroom. The new premium service also includes priority boarding and fast track security; an in-flight meal and drinks; two checked bags; one carry-on item; one personal item; and no change fee for rescheduling and cancellation protection.

Here is the easy breakdown of the 4 different bundles that WOW offers:

  • WOW basic: One flight ticket and one personal item up to a maximum of 42x32x25cm/17x13x10in.
  • WOW plus: One flight ticket, one personal item, one carry-on bag up to a maximum of 56x45x25cm/22x18x10in (12kg/26 lbs), one checked bag and a standard seat selection.
  • WOW comfy:  One flight ticket, one personal item, one carry-on bag, one checked in bag, cancellation protection (which ensures a refund if a customer cancels a flight reservation due to unavoidable reasons), seat reservation. XL (seat pitch: 32″ – 33″) or XXL (seat pitch: 35″+). Best extra legroom seat available.
  • WOW premium: One flight ticket, one personal item, one carry-on bag, two checked bags, Cancellation protection (which ensures a refund if a customer cancels a flight reservation due to unavoidable reasons), a BigSeat (WOW’s biggest and most comfortable seat with a seat pitch: 37″ -45″), Fast Track Security at KEF airport in Iceland, quicker access to the departure hall, priority boarding (all airports), in-flight meal from a pre-order menu or food and drink from the WOW ME catalog on board, and no change fee
